Kayakland is a company selling and renting canoes and kayaks, situated in Aouste-sur-Sye.

It offers you tours on the river Drôme.

Jean-Marc is the manager and he has also been a kayaking and canoeing buff for more than 9 years.

He will welcome you from April to October in his center from where you will be shuttled to a river bank upstream from 9 to 35 kilometres, depending on the trip you choose.

You can start canoeing at 6 years old but you have to be able to swim!

Fares range from 15 to 35 euros per person depending on the trip you have chosen and on your age, not taking account the discounts: The courses are free for children under 8 years old and a 20% discount is applied on fares  for children and teenagers aged 9 to 17 years old.

Depending on the weather, Kayakland recommends that you provide the right equipment : 

In case of extreme heat, do not forget your sunscreen, a hat or a cap, sunglasses and water bottles !

If weather forcasts announce a cool weather or rain, Kayak Land will provide you with dry suits and windbreakers .

Whatever the case, wearing closed shoes are recommended in any season!

The Kayaking season on the river Drôme begins in April and ends in October, but  a springlike March or November wouldn't be refused! Do not hesitate to contact KAYAK LAND to check whether it is open when the urge to sail is upon you!

Concerning the opening hours,
it starts at 9 am in the morning until 8 pm for night owls !
